HydroLogics is also a leader in the development of analytical tools. Their simulation software, OASIS, (Operational Analysis and Simulation of Integrated Systems) with OCL™ (Operations Control Language) defines the state of the art. OASIS is the software used by the DRBC and NYC when analyzing the water resources in the Delaware River Basin. The Coalition hired Hydrologics, NC to answer one simple, but very complex question.
